Curved stone fireplace creates a cozy corner in the Guest House living room, while original western/wildlife oil paintings by R.G. Finney bring the walls to life.

 

On the outside, guests enjoy the sunroom's wrap-around redwood deck; on the inside, they enjoy the view!

 

Whether guests are dining or playing cards, the open sunroom allows them to survey nature and wildlife outside -- while local deer are often seen peering in.

 

 





THE GUESTHOUSE is 2500 square feet of relaxation and fun, just feet from the Encampment River! Including three bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen and laundry room, the secluded Guest House is completely self-contained and is leased on a time-share basis most of the year.

The cheerful western decor is flooded by natural light from large windows, which provide a panoramic view of the area and its native wildlife. Each of the three bedrooms has two beds, totaling two queens and four double beds. A fully equipped kitchen, along with two baths and a laundry room, allow for larger groups and longer stays. Additionally, lockers in the garage enable time-share guests to store recreational equipment, etc. throughout the year.

In general, the Guest House is rented on a time-share basis; however, several weeks out of every year it is available for standard rental.
